2008 Track Sign Ups

Description: The St. Thomas More Boosters foster the physical development of the student-athletes in our parish while emphasizing good sportsmanship and Christian values.

Organization: Elections are held annually for the following positions: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer.

• Meetings are held regularly during the school year and are announced through Ed Line and in the Sunday bulletin.

• The elected members appoint an athletic director who in turn appoints volunteers for one year terms for the following positions: Spring sports Co-coordinator, Volleyball co-coordinator, Boys’ Basketball Co-coordinator, and Girls Basketball Co-coordinator.

Eligibility:

• All boys and girls who are enrolled in our school or the Parish School of Religion at St. Thomas More parish are eligible to participate in our athletic programs.

• Any member of the parish can become a member of the Boosters.

• Anyone interested in coaching must apply and complete a coach’s application plus meet all the standards of the Archdiocesan Decree on Child Protection. 

Fund-raising: The fund raising committee is in charge of generating revenue that is necessary to provide the best conditions possible for our student-athletes. Please call the president if you are interested in serving on this committee.
